TREIO adopted a cascading approach, organizing a number of trainings for trainers, led by selected Master Trainers, and supported by the TREIO Team. The Master Trainers were expected to use TREIO materials as the basis of their training to the second group of trainers. Since the Master Trainers selected to follow the training are all experienced EIO users, one expected that the training to the second group of trainers would also be very grounded in the national practical reality of issuing and receiving EIOs.
The official Training for Master Trainers was conducted in November - December 2021 period and sought to produce two main results: (1) to validate the structure and the modularity of the content, including the selected practices, case law, use cases, visuals, etc.; and (2) to contribute to the better adaptation of the training content for online environment by providing relevant feedback and considerations.
Following a request from the French Ministry of Justice, an ad hoc Training for Master Trainers for 6 French professionals was conducted.
